Land development is one of SDC's ventures

In the past, SDC has focused on gaining revenue for continuing business investment. We are now poised to do more Community Economic Development work alongside our business ventures:

Entrepreneurial Training for residents of the community to identify local business opportunities and to establish their own businesses.

To establish a Small Business Incubator to assist the new local entrepreneurs with services to achieve success in their businesses.

To provide business consulting services to train local people to prepare their own Business Plans and to provide ongoing counselling, consulting and project management services.

To look for opportunities for sustainable community economic development in the different economic sectors to which we have access.
